Answer: If the dog doesn’t cause any damage or hurt
anyone, I can’t see what harm there is in letting the dog express its excitement.
Maybe an obedience class would calm it down a little.
Answer: The easiest way is to have a dog run with a top on
it. If you don’t like pens, though, there are electronic fences in the pet stores
that keep the animal in its own yard.
